THE EVENT PLANNING COMMITTEE (EPC) NEEDS YOU!
Looking for volunteers to bring enthusiasm, energy, talents and a fresh perspective to our committee.
The EPC, a volunteer group duly appointed by the Wakefield Board of Selectmen, is responsible for planning three events for the Town of Wakefield; the Shamrock Festival (March), Festival Italia (August) and the Holiday Stroll (December). The purpose of the EPC is to facilitate and/or sponsor events and activities which are of mutual interest to businesses, residents and visitors within the Town of Wakefield.
The committee is offering an opportunity to residents, who have time to help with the planning and execution of any or all of these events. The time commitment is up to you. We need help with marketing, graphic design, printing, editing and also with setup/takedown on the day of the event(s). Come, join our group and take part in these great community events that help make Wakefield a unique place.
